The office shares space with another cardiology group and is supported by an experienced office manager. They are seeking a reliable and professional Front Desk Representative to be the first point of contact for patients and visitors. Job Description: The Front Desk Representative will work full-time onsite, providing front-line support to patients and visitors. Responsibilities include greeting patients, managing phone calls, and completing administrative tasks. The role may also involve assisting with surgery scheduling and other duties as needed by the office.
