You'll learn how to lead a successful lighting showroom while working alongside an experienced management team. If you're passionate about customer service, sales, and developing people, we'll provide the training to help you grow into a Store Manager. Requirements What You’ll Do: Learn all areas of daily store and warehouse operations Lead, coach, and motivate team members Help drive sales and achieve store goals Assist with warehouse, inventory, customer experience and showroom presentation Resolve customer concerns with professionalism Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment What We’re Looking For: Previous retail management or leadership experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Positive attitude with a passion for customer service Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and grow into a Store Manager role Summary We Offer: Competitive pay Paid training Benefits package Paid time off #J-18808-Ljbffr
