This night-shift Registered Nurse (RN) in Durango assumes responsibility and accountability for facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with both the healthcare team, and the patient/family to identify and meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the patient. As a Float RN, you will promote optimal health, well‑being and safety of the patient through use of the nursing process and in accordance with patient care standards, guidelines and the State Nurse Practice Act. What to expect on our Enterprise Pool team: Nurses will have the opportunity to float to multiple units within one facility. Nursing Unit Type/Specialty Areas Medical Surgical Enterprise Pool 1 Base rate + $3.00/Hr. Pool Differential + Eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials 1 facility – preferred location/closest to home At least 2 applicable units – Must work in at least 2 applicable units with recent RN experience within unit type/specialty area 24 months of hospital RN experience in unit type/specialty area in which candidate will float Benefits PRN: +15% PRN Differential - Not eligible for benefits Full Time/Part Time: Benefits eligible based on FTE eligibility Job Requirements RN License required; Current state nursing licenses or RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact Colorado Only: RNs working in Colorado under a multi‑state license must obtain their CO RN license within 30 days of establishing residency, i.e., driver’s license, register to vote, etc. Compact to Compact. Upon issuance of a new multi‑state license, the former license is inactivated. Associates within the Enterprise Pool will have the opportunity to float to multiple units within one facility, a geographic group of facilities, or to all of our facilities.
