Key responsibilities include maintaining the team's project management system, building dashboards, tracking capacity, supporting meetings, and improving operational processes. They handle request triage, categorize and update stakeholders, assess scope, and coordinate with internal teams to execute requests within SLAs. The ideal candidate has 5-10 years of experience in marketing operations or project management, strong communication skills, proficiency with project systems like Asana, and a detail-oriented, organized approach.
