Your Impact in the Clinic: As a Registered Behavior Technician working one-on-one with children with Autism, you will: Run individualized procedures designed to reduce challenging behaviors, enhance functional daily living skills, and improve functional communication. Support the acceptance of neurodiversity, provide compassionate, assent-based care, and truly prioritize the wants and needs of your clients. Collaborate closely with your clinical team to ensure excellent patient outcomes. Who You Are: Credentials: You are a currently certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). The Mindset: Driven to create positive change, passionate about helping children, and dedicated to patient success. Logistics: High school diploma or higher, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation to get to and from the clinic daily. Physical Stamina: Ready to stay active! You must be able to sit, stand, transition quickly, bend, kneel, crouch, and move or run quickly when necessary to engage at a child's level and maintain strict safety protocols.
