Medical Lab Scientist Sr.
Position Summary: Medical Lab Scientist Sr. Billing Department Generalist (ORMC) Orlando Regional Medical Center (ORMC) Schedule: 4x10 hour shifts, Tuesday Thursday, 0600-1630. No holidays. No weekends.

What You'll Do:
- Perform complex laboratory testing and analysis
- Support quality control, compliance, and process improvement initiatives
- Train and mentor laboratory team members
- Assist with audits, inspections, and competency assessments
- Serve as a laboratory resource for staff and leadership
- Collaborate with physicians, pathologists, and healthcare teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Clinical laboratory training internship required
- 3+ years of Medical Laboratory Science experience
- Current Florida Medical Technologist License required
- ASCP, AMT, AAB, or Supervisor License preferred
