CNC Operator

About the Position

FCA Packaging is looking for a dependable CNC Operator to operate CNC equipment and help produce quality products in a manufacturing environment. No programming experience is required. This is a great opportunity for someone with CNC machine
operation experience who enjoys hands-on work.

What You'll Do

• Operate CNC machinery according to established procedures
• Load and unload materials and parts
• Monitor machines during production and make basic adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality specifications are met
• Use measuring tools such as calipers and gauges
• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production requirements
• Keep the work area clean and organized
• Report equipment or quality issues to the appropriate team member
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds

What We're Looking For

• Previous CNC machine operating experience preferred
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and drawings
• Basic understanding of machining and measuring tools
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

CNC programming experience is NOT required.
