Dealer Success Manager - St. Louis As a Dealer Success Manager, you act as a Strategic Consultant and Customer-Centric Partner to our auto dealers, anchoring your efforts within the Capital One Sales Process. You provide consultative expertise, training, and ROI conversations to support the POD’s core sales objectives and expand the Navigator Platform subscription base. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager and POD team members (RMs, ARMs) to develop and execute cohesive market strategies and achieve unified sales goals. Drive superior success by supporting the POD’s sales efforts for Navigator Platform and own the customer adoption and retention lifecycle. Provide subject‑matter expertise on processes and Navigator Platform when representing the Sales organization. Troubleshoot product and process issues related to Navigator Platform. Conduct frequent in‑market visits to dealerships to foster relationships and execute the customer enablement cycle. Own return‑on‑investment conversations and ensure ROI outcomes for clients. Travel This position requires up to 50% travel. Basic Qualifications High School diploma, GED, or equivalent certification. At least 1 year of experience in Process Management. At least 1 year of experience in Relationship Management. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree. 2+ years of experience in Process Management. 2+ years of experience in Relationship Management. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $109,900 – $125,400. Eligible for performance‑based incentive compensation. Comprehensive health, financial, and other benefits support overall well‑being.
