As a Medical Receptionist / Checkout Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our patients have a smooth and positive experience during their visits. From welcoming patients to managing checkout processes, your attention to detail and excellent communication skills will help our practice run efficiently and effectively.

• Greet patients warmly and professionally, ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for.
• Manage patient checkouts, including scheduling follow-up appointments and handling payments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless coordination of patient care.
• Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries in a courteous and timely manner.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and team members.
• Basic computer proficiency for managing patient records and scheduling systems.
