Job Description:

• This position is responsible for orchestrating the successful execution of Last Mile Retrofits, Expansions, Initiatives (REI).
• The individual in this role will demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities and strategic thinking while managing multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
• The role demands someone who can navigate ambiguity, make sound decisions under pressure, and drive results through effective team leadership and resource management.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee all phases of project and program execution to ensure timely and successful completion
• Establish realistic deadlines and milestones while maintaining alignment with organizational priorities
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on skills, capacity, and project requirements
• Monitor project progress continuously and identify potential risks or roadblocks before they impact delivery
• Track and summarize project status, metrics, and key performance indicators for stakeholder communication
• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior leadership detailing project status, challenges, and outcomes
• Lead and direct the work of team members, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams and departments
• Manage project scope, budget, and resources to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
• Implement best practices and methodologies to improve project delivery processes

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of Project / Program Management
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in project planning and execution methodologies
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset
• Adaptability and flexibility in dynamic situations

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP certification and or related experience is a nice to have
• 2+ years of running end to end projects
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

Top 3 Must Have Hard Skills:

• 2+ years of running end to end projects- messy projects they have worked on, not small projects.
• PMP is preferred (not a requirement), Excel, six sigma.
• Proficient in project planning and execution methodologies.
