A busy Hotel in the Omaha area seeks an experienced Food & Beverage professional to lead its Food & Beverage Teams. The ideal candidate will possess previous hotel food & beverage experience at this level or higher, with responsibilities leading restaurant, bar, lounge, in‑room dining, banquets, and events. Benefits Salary - $100,000 to $125,000 Bonus Relocation Assistance Health insurance Life insurance Shift meals PTO immediately Company discounts Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all food & beverage activities Oversee guest services and resolve issues Ensure a high quality of service Train and manage food & beverage managers Create and adjust staff schedules to meet guest volume needs Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations Qualifications Fine dining experience in at least a 4‑star hotel Strong focus on restaurant management training; wine knowledge desirable 3‑5 years of food & beverage management experience with revenues of at least $3 million Preferred: candidates with a culinary background and experience Strong leadership and inter‑department collaboration skillsProven track record of driving food & beverage revenues Positive leader who works well under pressure and is adaptable to meet or exceed tasks Ability to understand and positively impact P&L statements, cost of sales, food costs, inventory control, and safety performance Capable of effectively managing both front and back of house operations Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Food manager certification and liquor license required, or completion of this certificate within the first six months of employment Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment Excellent written and communication skills Strong attention to detail #J-18808-Ljbffr Goodwin Recruiting
