We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic healthcare team with Occupational Health Duties.

Dates
- 6/22/26-8/24/26 to cover a LOA so may extend but not guaranteed.
Schedule
- Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Compensation
- $75–$80 per hour
- Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications
What You'll Do
As a valued provider on our team, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and preventive health assessments
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Perform procedures including injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management
- Develop individualized patient care plans and ensure continuity of care
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic and laboratory tests
- Prescribe medications and recommend therapeutic treatments as appropriate
- Educate patients on treatment plans, disease prevention, health maintenance, and wellness strategies
- Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals
- Refer patients to specialists and other providers when necessary
- Maintain accurate, thorough, and compliant patient documentation
- Perform other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
- Active Nurse Practitioner license
- Current DEA certification
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
