Client Offer Surg Tech FA Start date: ASAP Shift: 4x10s, 08:30-19:00; 06:45-17:15 Types of Cases REQ: General, Ortho, Ortho/Total joints, Urology, Endo/Laparoscopic, Vascular, Bariatrics, Podiatry; Carotid endarterectomy, Femoral popliteal bypass graft CVOR experience required; Types of Cases Preferred: Gyn, Plastics; TCAR CVOR experience preferred # of OR's: 6 Years of experience REQ: 2 First-timers accepted: YES, with 5+ years of experience Weekend REQ: YES National Certs REQ: NBSTSA, CSFA BLS REQ: YES Is on-call REQ? YES, 1-2 weeknights per week, 1-2 24hr weekend shifts per month Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? YES, assist and scrub Floating Req to Sister Facilities: YES, may float to MDH, MPH, MCH, or SAH Open to accommodating block schedule?
