Job Summary

We are seeking a versatile, tech-savvy, and hands-on Front of House (FOH) Supervisor to lead our tight-knit team at 90th Meridian. Because our staff is purposefully small, this is a highly collaborative role where you will actively run the floor, step in to support team members, manage essential administrative tasks, and keep service flowing perfectly using our modern technology stack.

Key Responsibilities

• Service & Tech Leadership: Run day-to-day floor operations during fast-paced lunch rushes and lively happy hours. Manage the floor and guest tabs efficiently using our GoTab POS software.
• Cross-Functional Support: Lead by example by actively assisting a small team with guest seating, order entry, and running food or drinks as needed during peak volumes.
• Event Coordination: Help plan, set up, and seamlessly execute private corporate events, lunches, and special happy hour gatherings. Note that guests are able to book events on Fridays. 
• The Liaison: Serve as the primary, crystal-clear line of communication between the Front of House (FOH) service team and the Back of House (BOH) kitchen staff to keep ticket times low and quality high.
• Administrative Duties: Handle basic administrative tasks, including processing payroll data ,  ensuring accurate shift reporting, and counting monthly inventories for both FOH and BOH. 

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: At least 1–2 years of restaurant leadership, shift lead, or high-level service experience, preferably in a high-volume downtown or business-district setting.
• Technical Savvy: Experience with modern restaurant tech, with direct experience or proficiency using GoTab POS highly preferred.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to bridge the gap between kitchen and dining room teams.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and move quickly for extended periods.  Must be able to safely lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds (stocking product, moving event furniture, lifting kegs or ice, etc.).
• Availability: Must be fully available for daytime schedules covering Monday through Thursday.
