Historical Renovations - Superintendent

The Historical Renovations Superintendent will oversee the execution of historical renovation projects, ensuring quality standards and project timelines are met. This role requires expertise in construction and a strong understanding of historical preservation techniques. Description Manage on-site construction activities for historical renovation projects. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project managers to ensure smooth project execution. Ensure compliance with historical preservation standards and local building codes. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones. Monitor and enforce safety protocols across all job sites. Review blueprints and specifications to ensure project alignment with design goals. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to provide project updates. Oversee quality control to ensure craftsmanship meets the required historical standards.
