Production Operator

Production Operator Shift: 2nd shift- 1 pm to 9:30 pm Location: Pittsburgh PA 15233 Responsibilities Operating paint-making control systems and manufacturing equipment, including pumps, valves, filling machines, case packers, labelers, robotics, and forklifts Loading and unloading raw materials and finished goods Monitoring raw materials and finished products for quality and compliance with specifications Maintaining production records, equipment logs, and inventory levels Performing routine manufacturing tasks and minor equipment troubleshooting Supporting production schedules and collaborating with other departments to meet customer demands Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment Assisting with continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency projects Our facility manufactures industrial coatings in a fast-paced production environment, and safety, attendance, reliability, and teamwork are critical to success in these roles. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Preferred Qualifications One year or more of manufacturing, production, warehouse, or distribution experience Experience operating manufacturing or packaging equipment Experience monitoring gauges, machinery, and production processes Forklift and material handling equipment experience Experience working with raw materials, blending, mixing, or batch manufacturing processes Experience monitoring product quality and maintaining production documentation
