Qualifications and experience for success:

• 2-3+ years of professional experience in HVAC residential and/or commercial service and installation.
• Comfortable with customer service and being the face of the company
• Excellent communication skills in all areas
• Demonstrated knowledge and successful use of a CRM (ex. Service Fusion or Service Titian)
• Experience with supporting quotations
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace suite and/or Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Degree or certificate from a recognized trade school or HVAC program preferred but not required
• Solid verbal and written communication required
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to pass criminal background check and provide clean drug screen

Demonstrated knowledge of various HVAC systems that include but are not limited to:

• Split Systems
• Gas Furnaces
• Oil Boilers
• Furnaces
• System and equipment installation
• Ductless
• Ductwork assembly
• Ability to understand and fabricate sheet metal is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
