Account Manager, Strategic Acute Care

This position requires employees to work onsite in our San Diego office.The Account Manager, Strategic Acute Care is responsible for driving engagement and utilization within existing healthcare facility contracts while continuing to expand client relationships. This role focuses on generating staffing demand, reactivating dormant accounts, and ensuring facilities consistently rely on our services to meet their workforce needs. Responsibilities: Proactively cold call dormant and inactive accounts to reintroduce our services, uncover new opportunities, and win back businessCultivate, build and maintain valuable relationships with dormant clientsReach out to existing client facilities by phone and email in order to drive utilization of existing contracts and secure active staffing requisitionsManage a high volume of activity in a fast paced environment while maintaining urgency and follow throughEnsure the satisfaction of our client facilities through proactively meeting their staffing needsPersistently generate client leads through strategic planning and referralsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgencyNegotiate contracts with healthcare facilities resulting in mutually beneficial termsTake initiative in professional development and continuously look for ways to improve performance and resultsRequired Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree (direct industry experience can be substituted)Proven success in a metrics driven environmentClient centered mentality and passion for customer serviceAbility to relate to a variety of people and sustain meaningful relationshipsAbility to anticipate client needs and take initiative to satisfy themStrong motivation to achieve results and meet goals Ability to work in fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgencySelf-motivated and achieve goals Obsessed with creating great experiences for our clientsOutside the box thinkersCareer oriented with a desire for advancement Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $33.65 hourly, which equates to $70,000 annually plus commissionThe pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position.
