We're hiring a Investment Specialist to support trading, CD placements, and key banking relationships. This role partners closely with leadership to drive revenue, grow partnerships, and execute daily trading activity.

Compensation:
$60K-$65K base + uncapped incentives (realistic 1st-year earnings can double)
? 11% 401(k) match

What You'll Do:

• Execute trades, rate updates, and CD placements
• Build relationships with banks, credit unions & partners
• Source new business through outreach and market insight
• Monitor market rates, maturities & reinvestment opportunities
• Deliver high-level service to clients and internal teams

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years in financial services, trading, brokerage, or sales
• Strong communication, organization & follow-through
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's in Finance/Business (or equivalent experience)
