A little about this position:
- Directs, trains and monitors operators in maintenance, grooming and on-hill operations.
- This position will also be responsible for recording and monitoring key administrative functions of the department to provide performance feedback, and to adjust operations accordingly.
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent experience.
- Two full time seasons of operating snow grooming equipment
- Ability to operate winch cats, prepare and finish ramps and construct specialized terrain for Sports School and Race Department
- Strong verbal communication skills and adequate writing abilities
- Ability to learn Workday, SnowSat, and Pisten Bully Pro Academy
Hourly pay rate: $35.58 to $42.44
