ANS is a consulting engineering firm seeking an HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner to business leaders and hands-on operator for core HR work. Reporting to the CHRO, this role will scale people practices across multi-office teams and strengthen manager capability, performance, retention, and culture. This is a temporary position through November. You will partner with Payroll/Finance, L&D, and Recruiting to drive HR initiatives, manage complex ER cases, and guide performance and #J-18808-Ljbffr
