Job Description Senior Talent Acquisition Partner Location: Columbus, OH** Work Schedule: Onsite Monday–Friday (effective September 14, 2026)** Training: Remote during the first month only, beginning the week of August 10, 2026 Residency Requirement: Must reside within 50 miles of the assigned office location.** W2 Rate – $40-48/hr depending on experience **NOTE: This is on the corporate side Required Experience (Must-Have) 5 years of corporate recruiting experience Full-cycle recruiting (sourcing -> screening -> interviewing -> offer -> onboarding) Experience hiring professional and management-level exempt roles At least 3 years of experience using: Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Online recruiting / internet sourcing tools Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Manage recruiting processes end-to-end Handle multiple requisitions in an assigned territory Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred, or equivalent experience accepted *++Beware of scams.
