What do I need as an Activities Coordinator with McGregor?

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of (1) year experience with activities planning/assisting.
• Knowledge of Minimum Data Set (MDS).
• MEPAP I or II.
• Energetic individual who engages the residents’ participation through art, music, and games.
• Flexible schedule.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Publisher.

What will I do as an Activities Coordinator with McGregor?

• Implement a diverse activity program in compliance with requirements that meet the residents needs according to specific care plans under the direction of the Activity Director.
• Plan, initiate, and implement all assigned activities in addition to programs.
• Complete timely and accurately residents’ assessments, activities Minium Data Set (MDS). 
• Provide accurate monthly calendar and flyers to inform residents of scheduled programs and activities.
