Job Description Job Title: RN Field Case Manager Are you an experienced Registered Nurse with Case Management/Pediatrics experience looking for a new opportunity with a prestigious healthcare company? Position Summary: As the RN Field Case Manager, you would be responsible for providing care coordination, medical/disease education and outreach services to participants.
