Tracking progress against approved program milestones; assistance in execution of the risk management process. Assist with the preparation of status updates and stakeholder-facing materials. Assist in the maintenance of program scope documents, project timelines, meeting notes, action registers, and related program documentation for review by Program Management. Monitor program scheduling, budget status, resource needs, and performance indicators to support informed decision‑making and timely escalation. Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, documentation updates, and cross‑functional communications as provided by program leadership to support alignment across program teams. Support data gathering, reporting, and process documentation activities to improve visibility into program execution and operational performance.
