Onsite Coordinator – Job Description

The Onsite Coordinator is responsible for overseeing daily workforce operations at the client site, ensuring all employees are properly assigned, supported, and following company and client expectations. This role serves as the main point of contact between the client, employees, and staffing office while maintaining accurate attendance, timekeeping, and workforce documentation.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee temporary employees during daily operations
• Ensure employees arrive on time and are assigned to the correct departments or work areas
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, and overall employee performance
• Maintain accurate timecards, verify hours worked, and submit payroll information in a timely manner
• Assist with employee check-in, orientation, and onboarding procedures
• Address employee questions, concerns, and attendance issues professionally
• Communicate staffing needs, shift updates, and operational changes with management and the staffing office
• Conduct floor walks to ensure safety procedures and company policies are being followed
• Maintain professional relationships with client supervisors and employees
• Assist with shift coverage, scheduling adjustments, and workforce planning as needed
• Document incidents, employee feedback, and performance updates accurately
• Support daily operational goals while ensuring productivity and quality standards are met

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with employee supervision, staffing, or warehouse operations preferred
• Knowledge of timekeeping and attendance tracking systems
• Professional attitude with strong problem-solving skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
