What You'll Do
This is a field-based, door-to-door sales role focused on residential customers.
- Canvass targeted neighborhoods throughout the Tampa Bay area
- Engage homeowners and educate them on the financial benefits of solar
- Generate leads, set appointments, and close sales (or support closing efforts)
- Maintain a consistent pipeline through follow-up and relationship building
- Track performance and work toward defined income and activity goals
What We're Looking For
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated individuals • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Professional presence and positive attitude • Comfortable working outdoors and initiating conversations • Coachable, resilient, and performance-driven • No prior experience required — comprehensive training provided • Previous sales or door-to-door experience is a plus
