Job Description
Physical Therapist Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients' functional abilities and limitations while implementing individualized treatment plans that consider each patient's physical, social, spiritual, cultural, educational, and age-specific needs. This role involves documenting care according to professional practice guidelines established by regulatory agencies and ensuring effective communication of pertinent patient information to optimize care outcomes. General Duties
- Evaluate patients' functional abilities and limitations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Document treatments and patient progress per professional guidelines.
- Communicate relevant patient information to team members.
- Adapt to changes in caseload, scheduling, and staffing as needed.
- Provide appropriate supervision and delegation of tasks to ensure safe delivery of quality care.
- Participate in department operational activities and required meetings.
- Must have graduated from an APTA accredited school of Physical Therapy.
