Job Description
Registered Nurse (RN) Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, a compassionate approach to patient care, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with established guidelines and protocols.
- Assess and monitor patients' conditions and vital signs regularly.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care procedures.
- Document all nursing assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes accurately.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities.
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate's degree acceptable.
- Previous nursing experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and handle multiple priorities.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications may be preferred.
