Build micro-services, architecting, designing, and promoting self-serve capabilities at scale to help us grow. Collaborate with and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support data engineering solutions in full-stack development tools and technologies. Essential Functions - Lead the design and implementation of complex ETL processes.

• Oversee data architecture and ensure scalability and performance.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to implement advanced analytics solutions.

Education Bachelor's Degree required Work Experience 5 years of relevant experience in data engineering or a related field, required Prior Experience with on-premises development environments, required Expertise in designing and implementing complex ETL processes, required Advanced knowledge of data architecture and optimization, required Strategic thinking, required Team leadership. required Collaboration across departments, required Experience with on-premises development environments. Experience building self-service tooling and platforms Built and designed Data Mesh architecture platforms A passion for building and running continuous integration pipelines Contributed to open-source projects (Ex: Operators in Airflow) About CoBank The typical base pay range for this role is between $121,000 - $163,400. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program driven by organization and individual performance.
