* Simple Staffing is hiring for this position on behalf of Shady Grove Fertility * We have an immediate opening for an Phlebotomist South Float to join our team at Fertility Centers of Illinois to support our Warrenville, Hinsdale, and Mokena Illinois offices . In this role, the Phlebotomist will: Perform venipuncture and collect blood, urine, and tissue specimens using proper techniques and Universal Precautions Confirm lab orders in, verify patient identity, and ensure accurate specimen collection and labeling Follow insurance guidelines and complete necessary consent forms prior to specimen collection Process specimens for in-house or external testing (e.g., Quest, LabCorp, ACL, genetic panels) Maintain cleanliness and proper stocking of phlebotomy and clinical areas Ensure biohazard and sharps disposal procedures are followed Provide timely and compassionate service to patients Support nurses with specimen-related workflows and patient follow-ups Communicate clear expectations around results timelines and next steps Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to HIPAA at all times Provide coverage at other clinic locations as needed, including weekends What You’ll Bring We’re looking for professionals who bring both technical skill and a deep sense of responsibility to the care experience—individuals who thrive in environments where excellence, empathy, and accountability matter.
