Location: Commerce City - 5996 E 64th Ave, Commerce City, CO 80022 Brief Description Oak Street Health's graduate Behavioral Health Specialist Fellowship is a 12‑month paid training program that provides all the necessary skills, support, and learning required to become a highly confident and competent clinician for older adults. Role Description The fellowship is a 12‑month paid training program in a revolutionary collaborative care model in a value‑based setting that rewards health care companies for the quality of their care, not the quantity. The program includes time spent building knowledge of evidence‑based interventions and psychotropic medications, earning clinical supervision hours from a licensed clinical social worker, and engaging in didactic content that builds on graduate training. All fellows will work at Oak Street for 24 months following completion of the program. What We’re Looking For Genuine passion for behavioral health; short‑term solution‑focused therapy should be fun. Admission Requirements Family, Adult, or Adult‑Gerontology Social Worker who has already graduated or will graduate from their training program. Willingness to work in the assigned location for the program duration. Minimum GPA of 3.0 in MSW program. Active, non‑probationary state lower‑level social work license in the state of employment by fellowship start date. Selection Timeline First‑round interviews will be conducted as applications are received. Second and third‑round interviews will be virtual or in person based on applicant preference.
