General Contractor / Licensed HVAC Contractor & Subcontractor

Role Description This contract role is for a General Contractor / Licensed HVAC Contractor & Subcontractor working on‑site in Tulsa, OK. The role involves overseeing construction and mechanical projects from planning through completion, coordinating trades, and ensuring work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications. Day‑to‑day tasks include managing project schedules and budgets, supervising site activities, performing or overseeing HVAC installations, repairs, and maintenance, and communicating with clients, inspectors, and suppliers. The contractor is expected to prepare estimates, review plans, resolve on‑site issues, and ensure quality control across renovation and new construction projects. Qualifications Demonstrated General Contracting and Construction experience, including hands‑on work and oversight of trades. Strong Project Management and Construction Management skills to coordinate schedules, budgets, and resources. Experience with Renovation and remodeling projects, including upgrades to existing mechanical and building systems. Current HVAC contractor license in Oklahoma, with solid knowledge of mechanical systems, codes, and safety practices. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. Proven track record of maintaining safe job sites and complying with OSHA and local regulations. Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, subcontractors, inspectors, and suppliers. Reliable transportation to job sites in and around Tulsa, OK, and willingness to work on‑site as needed. Experience with construction estimating, job costing, and basic documentation or reporting.
