Join a dynamic research project with a leading foundational model AI lab as a Private Equity Expert. This role offers the opportunity to leverage your expertise in private equity to contribute to innovative research initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct financial modeling and market sizing/TAM analysis.
- Prepare investment analysis summaries and memos.
- Create Confidential Information Memorandums (CIM) and assist in due diligence processes.
- Process NDA and legal documents.
- Sourcing for deals.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in private equity at top firms.
- Experience in at least one of the listed areas of expertise.
- Commitment of at least 10 hours per week is required.
- This is a minimum four-week engagement starting in October, with potential for significant extension or rotation to similar future projects.
- Hourly rate of $130, with potential for increases for top performers.
- Open to candidates based in the U.S., UK, Canada, Europe, and Australia.
