Job Duties- Operate production machinery to manufacture cotton fiber grinding wheels according to specifications.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet strict quality standards.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Support process improvements and innovation in abrasive solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely production.
- Perform physically demanding tasks as required by production processes.
- Entry-level
- Background within the machinery and/or production field required
- Strong attention to detail and technical aptitude
- Able to lift 50 lbs.
