Production Worker/Pinboner
Our client, a food manufacturing industry leader, is seeking a Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the Cheese Processing / Production department supporting the short-term project. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location: Fall River, MA
Pay Range: $16.00
Shift: 6A-4P
What's the Job?
- Assist in cutting and dividing large blocks of cheese using specialized piano wire equipment.
- Follow safety procedures and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas throughout the shift.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production deadlines and goals.
- Perform other production-related duties as assigned to support project success.
What's Needed?
- No prior manufacturing or food production experience required, but preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move products as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
