Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work part-time with our team. As a BCBA, you will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams. Compensation and Schedule Pay Range: $75-$90/hour Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability Location: Raleigh, NC Duties and Responsibilities Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards Skills and Qualifications Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives Join Our Team If you are a motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking for a new opportunity, we encourage you to apply! #J-18808-Ljbffr
