Ifyou’rea strong, accounting professional seeking impact, growth, and a collaborative culture that values balance, this is a standout opportunity to build a rewarding long?term career.This is a hybrid role that can be based within commuting distance to any of the following locations: Bethesda, MDFairfax, VAPhiladelphia, PAKing of Prussia, PAEatontown, NJWashington, DCYour Responsibilities: Annual budgeting, Quarterlyforecastand board presentations.Analytical, business insight support.Bench marking, KPI reporting and new business analytics and support.Lead and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan (short/ long range) and Modeling tools andprocessfor the East and NYC regions.Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports with analytical insight into key drivers.Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROI in marketing programs, contract pricing/ renewals, new businessacquisitionsas well as new projects.Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives, pricing, span of control, marketrestructure.Analyze complex financial information and reports to provideaccurateandtimelyfinancial recommendations to management for decision making purposes.Supporting Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis.Monitor performance indicators,highlightingtrendsandanalyzingcauses of unexpected variance. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting or financerequired;MBA highly preferred5+ years’ experience as Manager or Director of Financial Planning and AnalysisStrong leadership skillsrequired. Experience in multi-unit retail/ Property management preferredAdvanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. Great Plains/ VENA skills desirableHighest standards of accuracy and precision; highly organizedArticulate with excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to think creatively,highly-drivenand self-motivatedDemonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
