This is a full-time opportunity on the 2nd Shift, Monday through Friday, 2:30pm until finish. The pay rate is $21.00 per hour. Selector / Cherry Picker Operator Job Duties May Include: Accurately picking products based on customer orders Ensuring all picked items meet quantity and quality requirements Operating cherry pickers, stock pickers, pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area Working closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals Following all company safety procedures and warehouse standards Completing additional duties as assigned by management Selector / Cherry Picker Operator Qualifications: Prior warehouse experience required Cherry picker / stock picker experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexible to work overtime and additional hours as needed Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen Benefits Include: Weekly pay Medical insurance 401(k) plan Paid holidays Referral bonuses Associate can report any hazards and concerns to the Illinois Department of Labor by calling the Department's Day and Temporary Labor Services Act toll-free hotline at View phone number on click.appcast.io or by email at View email address on click.appcast.io.
