Clinical Nurse Coordinator

TriStar Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator PCU RN to lead patient care on our Progressive Care Unit. In this role, you’ll coordinate and evaluate clinical care, support bedside RNs, and ensure adherence to evidence-based protocols. Responsibilities include patient assessment, care planning, monitoring complex/step-down patients, overseeing daily workflows, mentoring staff, and collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. You’ll champion patient safety, quality improvement, and documentation standards while modeling our culture of compassion, accountability, and continuous learning to achieve excellent outcomes for our Middle Tennessee community.
