Job Description

We are seeking motivated General Production Workers, Machine Operators, and Warehouse Team Members to support day-to-day operations in a busy manufacturing environment. In these roles, you help keep production running smoothly and safely by handling materials, operating equipment, and performing basic quality checks. Opportunities are available on 1st and 2nd shift, with a lot of 3rd shift openings, and training is provided for many tasks so you can grow your skills on the job.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily production and warehouse tasks to support smooth and efficient operations.
• Operate basic equipment and machines, with training provided to ensure safe and effective use.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials and finished products throughout the facility.
• Perform packaging, packing, and assembly tasks as needed to meet production goals.

Essential Skills

• Willingness to learn new tasks and follow instructions carefully.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move materials for the duration of the shift.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic in a production or warehouse environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in general production, packaging, or assembly is helpful but not required for many roles.
• Familiarity with machine operation or machine operating tasks in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with forklift operation or other material-handling equipment.
• Comfort using hand tools, power tools, tape measures, and basic construction-related tools.

Work Environment

You work in a manufacturing facility where most roles are indoors, with clearly defined work areas for production and warehouse tasks. The environment includes standard industrial equipment such as machines, hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and packing and inspection stations. Shifts are available on 1st and 2nd shift, with limited opportunities on 3rd shift, and you can expect to spend much of your time on your feet, standing, walking, lifting, and moving materials. For some positions, there are limited hybrid indoor/outdoor roles for individuals who prefer a mix of environments. The facility emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and organization, with clear guidelines to help you work comfortably and efficiently

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Crosse, WI.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in La Crosse,WI.
