Job Description

We are currently hiring motivated individuals to join our team in General Production, Machine Operation, and Warehouse roles. These positions play an important part in keeping our operations running smoothly and safely. We offer 1st and 2nd shift opportunities, with limited availability for 3rd shift positions. Responsibilities

• Assist with daily production or warehouse tasks.
• Operate basic equipment or machines; training will be provided.
• Load, unload, move, or organize materials and products.
• Inspect parts or products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Follow work instructions and safety guidelines.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Work as part of a team to meet daily goals.

No interviews needed, just a tour around the facility and depending on how you present yourself, I will make the hiring decision on the spot.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of La Crosse, WI.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
