Position: Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift Location: New Brunswick, NJ Job Id: 5790 # of Openings: 1 Unitex is experiencing unprecedented growth! Due to this growth, we are in search of a highly skilled Production Supervisor for our facility in New Brunswick, NJ. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM Compensation: $67,500 per year (subject to experience, seniority, location, and other permissible factors) Responsibilities include: Overseeing daily production requirements in a fast‑paced environment Managing, training, coaching and disciplining a team of up to 25 people Updating reports based on the daily productivity of the department Training new employees on plant equipment and safety policies Approving weekly department payroll Required Skills: Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred 2+ years of supervisory experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing people Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook Solid work ethic, motivated, flexible, and a good problem solver EOE New Brunswick, NJ 08901 #J-18808-Ljbffr
