Physical Therapist - Full Time

We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients. You’ll help patients move better, feel better, and stay active—whether they’re recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions. Apply today and a recruiter will reach out with the details.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license is required to start the position.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in an outpatient clinic preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a patient caseload consistent with a target of approximately 12 patients per day.
• Willingness to participate in mentoring and continuing education activities.

Compensation and Incentives:

• Base starting compensation listed as competitive and commensurate with experience.
• Sign-on options include a structured bonus up to the equivalent of $20,000 student loan repayment distributed over four years; if no student loan obligation, option for cash bonus.
• Additional bonus structures available for Physical Therapists.
• Joint-venture ownership opportunity available to partner with the franchise model for clinicians interested in business ownership.
