Welder Pay & Skill Levels:Our welding positions are structured in three skill-based tiers, with starting pay determined by your qualifications and experience. Welders have the opportunity to advance to the next tier by developing the required skills, demonstrating proficiency, and meeting the qualifications outlined for that level.
