Robotic Welder Position
Join our team at Twin City Staffing as a robotic welder for the 2nd shift! If you are detail-oriented, skilled in operating welding robots, and committed to maintaining high safety and quality standards, we want to hear from you. Location: Coon Rapids, MN Wage: $21 – $23.25/hr. Hours: 5 am – 3:30 pm, Monday – Thursday; 3:30 pm – 2 am, Monday – Thursday.

Duties of the robotic welder:
- Operate robotic welding equipment, including setup, programming, and running machines
- Quality inspections of parts
- Ensure quality of welds and remove weld spatter using a chisel and/or grinder
- Tag completed rework jobs appropriately
- Conduct regular maintenance and cleaning of welding robots and equipment
Requirements of the robotic welder:
- Accurately read a tape measure
- Attention to detail and adherence to quality standards
- Wear steel-toed boots and lift 30- 50 lbs.
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
