Location: Conroe, TX
Pay: DOE
Schedule: Full-Time
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Plasma Coatings Operator to apply plasma and HVOF coatings to various components while ensuring coating thickness meets client specifications.
Responsibilities
Apply plasma and HVOF coatings to various components.
Ensure coating thickness meets client specifications and quality standards.
Prepare parts for coating through blasting and masking.
Perform cleaning, masking, and polymer application.
Inspect parts and coatings for quality and accuracy.
Follow safety procedures and production requirements.
Requirements
Previous plasma coating experience preferred.
HVOF coating experience preferred.
Experience with blasting, masking, cleaning, and polymer application.
Ability to follow detailed specifications and quality requirements.
Manufacturing or industrial coating experience is a plus.
