Community Engagement Specialist

Seeking a dynamic Employee Engagement Specialist, the full-time remote role will drive employee engagement initiatives through data analytics, connecting measurement to organizational outcomes and enhancing the overall employee experience. Key Responsibilities Design and implement the employee listening strategy, including survey methodology and feedback channels Analyze engagement metrics and develop actionable strategies to improve employee experience Partner with HR and leadership to execute engagement initiatives and present findings to senior management Required Qualifications Degree in Data Science, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, HR Management, or related field 3-5 years of experience in people analytics or employee engagement Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Python, R, Excel) and visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI) Strong understanding of employee engagement principles and survey methodologies Excellent ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
