Program Manager Full Time Professional Tallmadge, Tallmadge, OH, US 7 days ago Requisition ID: 1148 Lead Programs That Strengthen the Power Distribution Industry PowerPro 360, a division of Good Place Holdings, is looking for an experienced AssetPro Program Manager to lead strategic programs and initiatives that support our mission of providing the tools necessary to maintain a safe, predictable, and unfailing power distribution system. This role will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing program initiatives from concept through execution. The ideal candidate is an exceptional leader and organized strategic thinker who can manage multiple projects, teams, stakeholders, budgets, and priorities while driving measurable results. What You'll Do Partner with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and project managers to develop program scope, deliverables, resources, work plans, budgets, and timelines. Lead and coordinate multiple project teams and cross-project initiatives to maximize productivity and return on investment. Identify key requirements and resources needed from internal teams and external vendors. Develop, manage, and monitor project budgets while ensuring programs deliver against established business objectives. Identify and evaluate risks and opportunities across multiple projects and develop strategies to address them. Monitor program performance and provide clear, meaningful reports to leadership and key stakeholders. Develop program assessment processes to evaluate results, identify opportunities for improvement, and support continuous improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure program goals, timelines, and deliverables remain aligned with organizational priorities. Support change management and performance evaluation initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 5+ years of experience in an advanced management role, preferably with program or project management experience. Exceptional leadership, organizational, facilitation, and time-management skills. Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, teams, projects, and deadlines. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Working knowledge of digital marketing. Strong understanding of change management principles and performance evaluation processes. Preferred: Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Experience managing complex programs involving multiple teams or departments. Experience with Salesforce CRM. This position primarily works in a professional office environment with extended periods at a workstation and frequent communication by computer, phone, email, and in person. Travel is required and may include driving or flying to various locations for meetings, presentations, and other business activities. Presentations may involve different audiences and facility environments. Physical Requirements Ability to work at a workstation for extended periods, typically 8 hours per day. Ability to work on a computer for extended periods. Ability to communicate effectively by phone, email, and in person. Ability to occasionally lift objects up to 25 pounds. Ability to regularly hear, see, and speak. Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, and climb as needed.
