We’re looking for a Operations Analyst to join our ever-evolving Utility Operations team and help shape the future of global commerce. What you’ll own Deliver accurate, on time billing that maximizes client revenue and builds trust in Global Payments solutions. Use data and variance analysis to identify issues early, resolve root causes and strengthen billing quality and consistency. Improve operational performance by refining billing processes, increasing efficiency and driving continuous improvement. Build strong client relationships by guiding prebills through approval and ensuring billing cycles stay on track. Partner across teams to streamline workflows, resolve complex billing challenges and deliver a seamless, high-quality client experience. What you’ll bring Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot issues early and maintain high standards of accuracy. Proven ability to manage time, meet deadlines and perform consistently in a fast paced environment. Confidence working with data and numbers to analyze trends and drive accurate, informed decisions. Clear communication skills that strengthen client relationships and enable effective cross team collaboration.
